HARDOX WEAR PLATE, THE HARD AND TOUGH STEEL
Grabs made of Hardox steel are light, rigid and wear-resistant, ensure long lasting wear protection.
The Electro Hydraulic Orange Peel Grabs steelwork is made of high quality and resistant materials, while the parts in contact with the products are made of wear-resistant steel. The Pins are made of hardened/tempered Alloy Steel and bushing are in hardened and tempered steel; this solution enable a long service life even in difficult conditions and with poor lubrication.
REXROTH MAKE HYDRAULIC MANIFOLDS & VALVES
Electro Hydraulic Orange Peel Grabs comes with Manifolds integrated safety functions against overload pressure, combining ball valve, check valve and pressure relief valve.
Directional Control Valves – This includes start, stop and flow directional control.
Pressure Control Valves – This includes pressure relief and control, as well as sequence and unloading of said pressure.
Check Valves – Cartridge valves can even be used as check valves, and offer pilot-operated check capabilities.
Flow Control Valves – This allows the user to effectively control the flow of hydraulic fluid through the system.

GRAB OPENING AND CLOSING SYSTEM
The Servoday Electro Hydraulic Orange Peel Grabs , comes with reversible version, equipped with a Hydraulic Piston Pump, the opening and closing are obtained by reversing the direction of Motor rotation.
The Servoday Orange Peel Grabs equipped with valves that allow:-
- Control the pressure differentiated in closing and opening operation.
- The Control of the Teeth/Tines during the closure to avoid cavitation.
- Maintaining the pressure of the teeth/Tines even.
- Protecting the circuit from overloads induced by excessive stress.
The use of a Hydraulic Pump with high performance and the presence of an unloading valve on the closing side of the circuit makes the equipment suitable even for heavy work

ORANGE PEEL ATTACHMENT GRABS
Servoday Electro Hydraulic Orange Peel Grabs Attachments equipped with heavy duty Hydraulic Cylinders, guaranteeing a longer than average life.
The teeths/tines of our Orange Pellet Attachments made of HARDOX materials, feature a box type structure, which provides the maximum level of strength and durability, the inner surface of the tines are built using a heavy duty thick plates, our Jaw tips are constructed from a special wear resistant steel, which offers better abrasion resistance than typical materials.
The Orange Peel Attachments comes with robust Rotator, the attachments are available from capacity 300 Liters to 1500 Liters volume. (Additional sizes available on request)
