Servoday Two & Four Rope Bulk Handling Grabs are designed to handle difficult materials, like Sand, Coal, Mineral Powder, Grain, Salt, Bauxite, Iron Ore, Lime, Clinker, Fertilizers etc.
The maximum bulk density of 7.0 Tones Per Cubic Meter can be handled.

GRAB OPENING AND CLOSING SYSTEM
The Servoday Two & Four Rope Bulk Handling Grabs - The rope snatch is worked on a crane with two raising drums. These are the end rope drum and the suspension rope drum. The Grab is hanging on Crane Hook. Opening and closing of the Bucket shells is done by the closing ropes and the coordinated pulley assembly. (Closing ropes are diverted numerous occasions through rope pulleys)

HOLDING CAPACITY EXECUTION

The kick plates are bolted to the bucket body and can be unbolt as per the requirements.
The removing of spill plates is designed to adjust the grab capacity to suit cargoes with varying densities as per your requirements.
